About Jill
My commitment to my clients is to provide the professionalism, expertise, and service they need and deserve.
Specializing in manufactured housing resales within land lease over 55 communities, I took the initiative and received the nationally recognized Seniors Real Estate Specialist/SRES® designation. The SRES® designation program educates REALTORS® on how to best serve the real estate needs of clients age 50+.
But that’s not all my clients can expect. I am a licensed real estate attorney and have worked in a variety of capacities dealing with commercial real estate. My legal training, negotiation skills and attention to detail have proven to be priceless in residential sales. But it’s my true passion for homes and the people that live in them that make this such a rewarding and personally satisfying career. As a result, I describe myself as having a head for business and a heart for homes.
